Close-up of their 1910 return shows Aaron and his wife Elizabeth. Also living with them is Elizabeth’s sister, Madeline Duggan. This is shortly before Bessie was born so it’s likely Madeline came to help.

Elizabeth and Bessie are listed living in the Bronx. With them, is Madeline Duggan Hart, Elizabeth’s sister, and her daughter Madeline F. Hart.  Madeline Hart is listed as being a widow. Elizabeth is listed as being a “Dressmaker” and Madeline as a “Bookkeeper” (not visible).

This entry shows Aaron Donahay with his subsequent wife and 6 children. It’s interesting that three of the children were born in Ohio. He’s now living in Montville, NJ and his occupation is listed as “Electrician”.

This entry is of Aaron Donahay’s mother. She is a widow in 1910 and is living with her son-in-law, George L. Wood; he is also a widower. Also living there is her grandson G. Ellsworth Wood. The address (not visible here) is 1409 Franklin Ave., The Bronx.
